On 22nd October 2015, the directors of John Swire & Sons Limited hosted a luncheon at Swire House for Mr Chang Zhenming, Chairman of the CITIC Group. 

Mr Chang was on a courtesy visit to London to discuss various areas for potential future co-operation between Swire and CITIC. The two parties have signed a Letter of Intent to signify interest in jointly developing a property in Dalian (read more).
