In February, Swire Properties celebrated the topping out of One Taikoo Place, its latest triple Grade-A office tower. A core component of the HK$15 billion Taikoo Place redevelopment project, One Taikoo Place is already 75% pre-leased. High profile multinational tenants include Baker McKenzie, one of the world's largest international law firms, and social media giant, Facebook, who will take up 100,000 square feet of space respectively. Leading global professional services organisation, EY, will meanwhile lease eight floors at One Taikoo Place – approximately 160,000 square feet of office space.
