Swire Pacific and Swire Properties have been included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2022, which recognises top performers in corporate sustainability, based on assessments of over 7,500 companies across 61 sectors. To be included, companies must be within the top 15% in their industry and must achieve an S&P Global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) score within 30% of their industry’s top-performing company. Swire Properties’ industry leading ESG performance has also been recognised in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards 2021. Swire Properties was the only company to win the ESG Award, out of more than 540 listed companies assessed.
