Wang Mingyuan has been appointed Non-Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited with effect from 24th July 2023. Mr Wang, aged 57, has concurrently served as chairman of Air China Development Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited since April 2011. He has also served as the vice chairman of Tibet Airlines Co., Ltd. since June 2020 and the chairman of Air Macau Company Limited since March 2022. Mr Wang has been serving as the President, Director and Vice Chairman of Air China since March 2023.
