Cathay Community Flight 2023

In May, some 170 youngsters and their mentors enjoyed a 90-minute flight above Hong Kong on board a state-of-the-art Airbus A350-1000 aircraft. The Cathay Community Flight 2023 – the eighth since 2007 – was the culmination of a series of initiatives in support of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s “Strive and Rise Programme”, which pairs students with volunteer mentors to help them build self-confidence and guide them in developing personal goals.
