Swire Properties has announced that its mixed-use commercial landmark, INDIGO Beijing, will be renamed “Taikoo Place Beijing” after the completion of its Phase Two extension. This marks the debut of Swire Properties’ renowned “Taikoo Place” brand on the Chinese Mainland, and will set new standards for integrated, mixed-use developments in the city.
Once the Phase Two extension is complete, the 860,000-square-metre development will feature eight Grade-A office towers, a premium shopping mall with indoor and outdoor spaces, and a new EAST lifestyle hotel and serviced apartments.
