In November 2022 and January 2023, Swire Coca-Cola Limited completed the purchases of Coca-Cola bottling businesses in Cambodia and Vietnam. The acquisitions of the Cambodia Beverage Company Limited and Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Limited mark Swire Coca-Cola’s first investments in Southeast Asia and reflect the company’s vision to expand its footprint into this dynamic and vibrant region, which has immense growth potential. The completion of the transactions means Swire Coca-Cola welcomes around 4,400 new employees to its thriving team.
