The Finlays Community Trust has awarded scholarships to 30 Kenyan students through the Swire Masters Scholarship and Undergraduate Scholarship programmes. The Trust aims to empower communities and nurture sustainable growth in the Kericho and Bomet Counties, where James Finlay Kenya operates. Under the Swire Masters Scholarship programme, two students annually are admitted to universities of their choice in the UK, while 2022’s Undergraduate Scholarships were awarded to 28 local beneficiaries, including six dependents of Finlays employees.
