Board changes and senior management appointments

Board changes

Guy Bradley, JP, will become Chair of Cathay Pacific and Swire Coca-Cola with effect from 13th May 2026. Mr Bradley is also Chairman of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, Swire Pacific, Swire Properties and the HAECO group. He serves as a Member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers, a Member of the Hong Kong-Europe Business Council and as a General Committee Member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
Pat Healy will step down from his roles as Chair of Cathay Pacific and Swire Coca-Cola, Executive Director of Swire Pacific and Director of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited on 13th May 2026, and will retire from the Swire Group on 31st May 2026.

Liu Tiexiang has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of the Board of Cathay Pacific with effect from 24th December 2025. Mr Liu has been serving as the Chairman and the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited since August 2025. He has concurrently served as a Member of the Party Committee, a Member of the Standing Committee, and the Secretary of the Party Committee of Air China Limited since September 2025. Mr Liu has been the Chairman of the Board and an Executive Director of Air China Limited since 10th October 2025. 
Ma Chongxian has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of the Board of Cathay Pacific with effect from 24th December 2025.

Martin Murray will become Non-Executive Director of Cathay Pacific with effect from 13th May 2026. Mr Murray is a Director of Swire Pacific (and its Finance Director) and a Director of Swire Properties and John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited. He is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Council Member of The Hong Kong Management Association.

David Poraj-Wilczynski has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Chinese Mainland.

Swire Coca-Cola

Diego Granizo has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Hunter Jin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Greater China.

Rupert Bray has been appointed Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer.
