Last November, Swire Resources lent its support to LoveXpress Foundation's annual SEN Roller-Skating Charity Competition & Carnival. This meaningful event provides an opportunity for children with special educational needs and autism to showcase their skills at sport while helping them to build social skills and self-esteem. Swire Resources sponsored one of the workshop booths at the carnival where a team of passionate volunteers helped participants to personalise pouch bags that had been upcycled from obsolete uniforms. The carnival chimes with Swire Resources' belief that sport can play a crucial role in children's personal development and help contribute to a harmonious society.
