In April, Swire Properties launched a series of events to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taikoo Li Chengdu, the company’s flagship mixed-use development in Southwest China. Highlights included an art exhibition, “Your Incredible Moments”, and a documentary film showcasing Taikoo Li Chengdu’s remarkable journey as a successful urban regeneration project, and its emergence as a world-class retail, cultural and lifestyle destination that resonates with both locals and visitors.
Since opening in 2015, Taikoo Li Chengdu has been welcoming over 30 million visitors annually. The development has recently undergone a significant tenant-mix upgrade, including the national or regional store debuts for around 80 international designer brands.
