Roy Shearer will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company, succeeding Fanny Lung who will retire in May 2026.
Fanny Lung will retire as an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Swire Properties in May 2026, after more than eight years of service with the company. She joined Swire in 1992 and held various finance roles across the Group in the Aviation, Shipping and Marine Services Divisions in Hong Kong and Singapore.
