Sustainability was a feature of the "LOVE'S TEAM" carnival, with a variety of upcycled products used in decorating the venue.

Swire Properties' Community Ambassador Programme hosted a three-day carnival, "LOVE'S TEAM", from 14th-16th October 2016 at ArtisTree, in Taikoo Place, to celebrate 15 years of volunteer work in the Hong Kong community. Organised in partnership with 15 social welfare organisations, the event aimed to promote social inclusion, community care and sustainability. A charity bazaar featured stalls selling handicrafts, experiential workshops and live performances and attracted 8,000 visitors. The Swire Trust matched funds raised, resulting in a grand total of HK$870,000, which will be donated to the 15 NGO partners to support their programmes.
