Swire Pacific has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 Dow Jones Sustainability Index – Asia Pacific, a leading global family of indices that tracks the performance of companies worldwide based on economic, environmental and social criteria. Swire Properties was also included in the index for the second year running, and for the first time joined Cathay Pacific Airways in being listed in the FTSE4Good Index. Swire Pacific and Swire Properties have also been included as 2016 constituents in the MSCI World ESG Index for the third year in a row and Swire Pacific, Swire Properties and Cathay Pacific have been included in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index. The inclusion of the companies in these leading global and regional sustainability indices demonstrates that the group's collective effort to develop its businesses along sustainable lines is now widely recognised.
