Chevignon and Columbia have both been recognised in the 2016 Mystery Shoppers Programme organised by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association; the annual campaign assesses more than 500 brands in 20 retail categories in Hong Kong and acknowledges retail brands showing outstanding service performance. Chevignon won the Service Retailer of the Year Award in the Fashion & Accessories category with the top scores, while Columbia has been named Service Category Leader in the Sports & Outdoor Products category.
