Swire Coca-Cola’s Female Leadership Forum was held in Shanghai on 23rd November, with participants joining remotely from 18 locations at plants and offices around Swire Coca-Cola’s Greater China franchise territories. The biennial event offers female managers the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and form stronger network ties, and is a part of the company’s efforts to achieve greater gender equality in the workplace. This year, Olympic Gold and Bronze medal-winning English field hockey player, Kate Richardson-Walsh, was amongst the female leaders invited to share their wisdom and experiences of getting to the top in their fields.
