The Swire Coca-Cola Academy was recently launched in Hefei, with the aim of nurturing talented staff and assisting them to develop their full potential, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the company. The Swire Coca-Cola Academy harnesses the expertise of management and leadership, sales and marketing, supply chain, finance, human resources, digitalisation, and public affairs and communications departments from 13 bottlers across the Chinese Mainland. Using a Learning Management System as its platform, the Academy utilises both internal and external resources to achieve a blend of online and classroom learning.
