Swire Properties recognised at the CODAawards

Swire Properties has won two “Merit” awards in the ninth annual CODAawards, which celebrate projects that successfully integrate commissioned art into interior, architectural or public spaces. This year’s awards saw 374 entries from 19 countries around the world. Swire Properties was recognised for its “Please Be Seated” Chinese Mainland tour and for The Middle House hotel – highlighting the company’s continued commitment to placemaking and integrating arts and culture into everyday life.
