Swire Pacific and Swire Properties

Bernadette Mak Lomas joined Swire Pacific as Group General Counsel in November 2021. She will also be appointed Company Secretary of Swire Pacific and Swire Properties with effect from 1st February 2022, taking over from St.John Flaherty, who is retiring from the Swire group after 15 years of service.
