In March, the Finlays Always Safe Team came together for its annual meeting in London, bringing together leaders from site health and safety, and process safety, from around the world. The focus was on building capability to develop integrated safety roadmaps covering both occupational and process safety. The meeting followed the recent relaunch of Finlays’ ambitious “2030 Health and Safety” goals. Over three days, participants explored the priorities for 2026, leadership behaviours, stakeholder engagement and technical capability. The event reinforced Finlays’ commitment to embedding a proactive safety culture and delivering a strong, sustainable performance.
