In January, Swire Properties was recognised with the “Outstanding Corporate – Excellence Award” at the Hong Kong Volunteer Award 2025. The accolade is especially meaningful as it coincides with the milestone 25th anniversary of the Swire Properties Community Ambassador Programme. Guided by a shared belief in Caring for the Community, the Programme continues to bring its people and partners together through volunteerism – finding new ways to support the community whilst addressing real needs, from supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of carers, to everyday acts of care across communities. The team’s dedication was further recognised with the “Outstanding Carer-friendly Neighbour” title under the Social Welfare Department’s Care the Carers Campaign, following a nomination by the Hong Kong YWCA. These awards shine a spotlight on the time, care and commitment shown by the Community Ambassadors.
