In March, Swire Coca-Cola Vietnam was certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year after employees took part in a Great Place to Work® survey. In what is strong evidence to the company’s people-first culture, the survey highlighted overwhelmingly positive feedback across all five dimensions of what makes a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Insights from the survey include 97% of employees reporting feeling positive about how the company contributes to the community, and 96% saying they felt welcome when they joined the company. Swire Coca-Cola Vietnam will continue striving to build an even stronger, more inclusive and truly great workplace.
