The HAECO group revealed in March that it will provide technical ground handling services at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (Pudong Airport) for Air India. The new agreement covers delivering line maintenance support for the carrier’s widebody fleet, including its Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft, as well as its Airbus A350 aircraft, until 2029. The collaboration between HAECO and Air India at Pudong Airport dates back to 2014 when HAECO began providing technical support services. The partnership was disrupted by the global pandemic, but with the recent resumption of Air India’s scheduled flights to Pudong Airport, HAECO has once again been selected as the operator’s trusted line maintenance partner.
