New chapter for the Swire Trust Mentorship Programme

Attendees at the launch of the new Swire Trust Mentorship Programme in Hong Kong.
Richard Sell, Chair of the Swire Group Philanthropy Council, and Tina Chan, Group Head of Philanthropy, John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited (sixth and fifth from left, first row), join mentors from across the Swire Group and their mentees to mark the launch of this year’s Swire Trust Mentorship Programme.
In March, an event was held to mark the launch of the fourth year of the Swire Trust Mentorship Programme, an initiative that has so far touched the lives of more than 280 individuals. The event served to recognise the achievements of the 2025 cohort of mentors and mentees, while extending a warm welcome to the incoming 2026 cohort. During the evening, there were heartfelt reflections from participants, engaging breakout discussions and vibrant networking sessions. The Swire Trust Mentorship Programme continues to connect talent from across the Group with the wider community, creating a positive impact.

Watch below videos to see how mentorship unlocks potential, broadens horizons, and fosters shared growth.
