Cathay Pacific has once again been ranked among the Top 3 world’s best airlines at the prestigious 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards, where it also won awards for "World's Best Cabin Crew" and "World's Best First Class Airline Lounge".

Announced in September, the awards recognise Cathay Pacific's continued commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience across every stage of the journey, from the care and professionalism shown by its cabin crew in the air, to the airline's elevated lounge experience on the ground.

The "World's Best First Class Lounge" award follows the reopening of Cathay Pacific's flagship Hong Kong lounge, The Wing, First at Hong Kong International Airport. The lounge was unveiled earlier this year after an extensive redesign, with a renewed focus on comfort, refined dining, thoughtful service and greater privacy, while retaining its distinctly Hong Kong character.

These recognitions reflect Cathay Pacific’s broader commitment to elevating customer experience, from expanding and upgrading its fleet to enhancing cabins and lounges and advancing digital innovation, reinforcing Hong Kong's status as a world-class international aviation hub.
