In September, Swire Properties officially topped out the first phase of Taikoo Li Xi'an, marking a key milestone for what will be its largest Taikoo Li project in the Chinese Mainland with a gross floor area of 269,056sqm.
Located next to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of profound cultural significance, Taikoo Li Xi'an draws on architectural styling from the Tang dynasty to complement the city's historical urban fabric. It will feature the signature low-rise, open-plan layout of Taikoo Li malls, bringing together nearly 500 brands alongside an Upper House hotel and serviced apartments. Phased completion, handover and opening are expected from late 2027.
