Green Performance Pledge hits record participation

Swire Properties' Green Performance Pledge, the company’s proprietary sustainability initiative for office tenants, has achieved record-high participation levels. A total of 256 tenants*, accounting for approximately 70% of the occupied lettable floor area across the company’s Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland office portfolio, have now signed up. This represents a significant 46% increase from last year and a notable step for collaborative ESG action.
