In April, HAECO signed a memorandum of understanding with the School of Mechanical Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), marking the start of a stronger collaboration in aviation education, training and talent development.

HUST is a leading university in Vietnam with a strong foundation in engineering, applied research and industry engagement, making it a natural partner for HAECO. Together, the two organisations will connect classroom learning with real-world maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) practice, offering students a direct pathway into the industry.

As HAECO expands its presence in Southeast Asia, one of the fastest-growing aviation markets in the world, this partnership reflects the company’s long-term commitment to nurturing Vietnam’s aviation industry. The collaboration is set to strengthen the local talent pipeline and keep the sector thriving for years to come.
