In June, Swire Coca-Cola HK partnered with the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups to launch the “Drive to Win Dragon Boat Youth Club”, providing young people, particularly DSE* candidates waiting for their exam results, with the opportunity to develop teamwork, resilience and confidence through sport.

The programme brought together young participants and Swire Coca-Cola HK volunteers for a series of training sessions ahead of the Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Festival. Participants learned paddling techniques, worked towards shared goals and experienced the discipline of performing as a team by embracing a "Driven to Win" mindset.

The programme also forged meaningful connections between the volunteers and participants, highlighting the value of teamwork and personal growth, both on and off the water.
