In May, Swire Coca-Cola's state-of-the-art plant in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, marked its first official day of operations, followed one day later by the opening of its intelligent green production base in Guangzhou, Guangdong province.
These two world-class manufacturing facilities are set to advance Swire Coca-Cola's nationwide production and supply network. The back-to-back openings underscore the group's commitment to meeting evolving consumer demand across the Chinese Mainland, as well as pioneering green and smart manufacturing.
The facility in Kunshan is one of Swire Coca-Cola's largest single strategic investment projects in the Chinese Mainland to date. Together, the Kunshan facility and the plant in Guangzhou house more than 20 advanced production lines, with an expected annual production capacity exceeding 3.1 million tonnes.
