In June, Swire Properties hosted the inaugural Construction Safety Forum at HKRI Taikoo Hui in Shanghai. Centred on the theme "Return Home Safely – Full-Cycle H&S Management", the forum brought together government officials, industry experts, partners and Swire Properties leaders to exchange ideas on full-cycle safety management.
The day featured interactive sessions, including a roundtable discussion on the importance of stakeholder collaboration, and talks by prominent industry figures. The event followed a period of significant growth for Swire Properties, with multiple projects advancing across different cities. During this period, the company also achieved its highest safety performance to date, reinforcing the message that strong performance and strong safety outcomes can go hand in hand.
